Today we want to inform you about our latest updates and what’s happening right now. This short overview will keep you up to date.
Change Management – File Upload and Feedback
Our Change Management has been extended with a file upload which allows to exchange files within the measures. Published announcements can now be reviewed (thumbs up/down) in real-time by all employees.
Profile picture upload for your account
Every user can upload a profile picture to see his own picture in CompanyMood. Of course this picture is only shown in areas where anonymity is not applying (employee management, own account, persons involved in measures, etc…)
Time settings for the mood review emails
Every company can decide when the mood review notifications should be sended to the participants. So now you can choose day and time, in case you want to send the reminder at another time of the day instead in the morning.
Participation statistics moved
To improve the readability of the participation stats in comparison to the mood stats, we merged both. In consequence we removed the participation stats area completely and integrate it into the mood review stats. This way you can see how participation impacts the general mood. Detailed information like participation by device and the amount of registered/unregistered employees, are shown in the analysis area (first tab) now.
Comments tab (will be published in the next days)
This week we will change the way comments are shown. To see all important comments at a glance, we will gather them into a single tab which can be filtered by mood, reason-tag and origin (mood review or suggestion box). This change will provide a much better overview to focus on important comments for single topics or mood states.
CompanyMood wins Startup Summit Southwest 2017
We are happy to have won the founders pitch at the Startup Sumit Südwest 2017 in Kaiserlautern/Germany, which was rewarded with 10.000 Euro. We convinced the audience and the investors in a five minute pitch against four other finalists. Many thanks to everyone who supported us at the pitch.

Survey system in final testing
We are working hard to get the new survey system ready to publish. At the moment we are testing results and the reporting. We hope to publish the survey system still in september, to empower your company and teams for additional feedback.
